Personal Data Processing Policy
This policy describes what personal data we process about you, why, for how long and what rights you have. It fulfils the information duty under Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It supplements the terms and conditions.
1. Who processes the data
The controller of personal data is the operator of the Linketica.com service, whose identification and contact details are set out in Article 3 of the terms and conditions. In matters of personal data processing, contact us at info@linketica.com.
2. What data we process
- identification data: name and surname, business name, company ID, VAT ID, address,
- contact data: e-mail address, telephone number,
- billing and payment data, including data on topping up and spending credit,
- data on the use of the service: enquiries, offers, orders, messages in the system, addresses of advertising spaces,
- technical data: IP address, date and time of login, records of e-mail delivery and opening.
3. Why we process the data and on what legal basis

4. How long we retain the data
For the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for as long as required by law or for as long as mutual claims may be raised – usually 10 years from the end of the tax period for accounting and tax documents, and usually 4 years from the end of the cooperation for other data. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn.
5. To whom we pass the data
We pass personal data only to processors involved in operating the service – in particular providers of server and data storage, e-mail delivery tools, tools measuring traffic and on-site behaviour, the live chat, the payment gateway and accounting services. We have a data processing agreement in place with each of them. We also pass data to persons to whom disclosure is required by law.
When brokering a deal, we disclose to the other party the data necessary to carry it out and invoice it.
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such a case the transfer is safeguarded by one of the instruments under Chapter V GDPR, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. What rights you have
- of access to your personal data and to a copy of the data processed,
- to rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data,
- to erasure of the data where there is no ground for further processing,
- to restriction of processing,
- to portability of the data you have provided to us,
- to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest,
- to withdraw consent where the processing is based on consent; the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it,
- to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
You may exercise your rights at info@linketica.com. We will handle them without undue delay, no later than one month from receipt of the request.
7. Obligation to provide data
Providing the data stated in the registration form is a contractual requirement – without it we cannot provide the service to you and an account cannot be created. Data processed on the basis of consent is provided voluntarily and not providing it has no effect on the provision of the service.
8. Automated decision-making
The processing of your personal data does not involve automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
